The second best team lost to the best team in the semis.
The team that looked like challenging the status quo lost in the finals.
A few things that I am sure of in New Zealand
1) No Brendon McCullum effigies would be burnt.
2) No one would blame Guptill of being casual.
3) No one would blame the NZ captaincy for being complacent.
4) No one would blame Ross Taylor for his lack of consistency.
5) No one would blame Vettori's wife/ girl friend for his poor performance in the final.
6) there will be no Arnab nonsense Goswami who will scream on camera about why New Zealand lost.
Because a nation of 5 Million understands that it is a game and you win some and you lose some.
