Give Trump some time

Possibly the gravest crisis in the world is not the election of Trump but the rejection and hanging without trial of the newest American President.

Let us ask ourselves a few questions

1) Did he become President through a coup? No
2) Did he rig the elections to win? No
3) Was there any policy manipulation to win? No

We have in the US, a president who won as per the rules  and policies of democracy laid down more than 200 years ago.

So, what is he doing wrong?

He is saying, let the Americans get priority in jobs. Is that wrong?

Look at the number of Indians who protest. Almost all of them have gained in life because of some domicile opportunity, some caste equation or some government subsidy.

He is saying immigrants from certain countries not allowed.

In the apartment complex I stayed in Gurgaon, there were separate lifts for the invisible - maids, drivers and the visible.

I presume, some of the same apartment's residents might have shifted to the US and protesting Trump's immigration restriction.

What is wrong in a president choosing to reduce some evil entering the nation. Have Germany, France not seen the pitfalls of an open door policy?

He said build a wall on the Mexican border.

We all know How so many of us wish this were possible with our neighbours.

No, I am not a trump fan.

But, strongly feel that the divisive American media is doing a far far worse job than the new President.

Let us see how he fares, friends. He is just 10 days into his new role.

Isn't ten days too short to vilify him?
